This weekend has been an absolute whirlwind. Hannah and I have had the pleasure of exhibiting at the National Wedding Show and meeting so many amazing couples planning their wedding. We’ve talked endlessly about what makes a good wedding and that above all else it all boils down to the people.  I love a big splash of colour and fun but if the people are hugging and embracing, smiling and laughing then you’ll have an incredible day. They were the exact ingredients that Tini and Frank put together for their Honourable Artillery Company wedding yesterday.

Their story is almost straight from the pages of a globetrotting romance and I can’t wait to tell you all a little more. I can’t remember another wedding where I have been so keen to deliver some previews and share it on the blog because it was just incredible. Frank’s Japanese background combined with all of Tini’s family’s Indian heritage meant that the day embraced elements from all around the world. Stunning dresses and sharp suits, incredible food, African drummers and emotional ceremonies. I honestly couldn’t have enjoyed myself more.

Thanks as always to Eneka Stewart for second shooting and watch out for Ben Fosters from The London Wedding Film Company’s video…

Congratulations Tini & Frank!
