The Bell At Ticehurst Wedding Photography-33

Another week and another incredible experience. Our second time as a The Bell At Ticehurst Wedding Photographer in as many weeks and we’d be happy to return a hundred times over it’s such a brilliant place to be. The atmosphere that The Bell creates through it’s staff, the low ceilings and cosy rooms is just perfect for a late autumn wedding in the Sussex countryside.

Stephanie and Mark got married upstairs in the gorgeous dining room as their friends cheered them on pausing only for a rousing rendition of The Monkees I’m A Believer mid way through. Everyone held onto their singing voices all the way through dinner and late into the evening with songs being belted out at the tops of their voices accompanied by their very own piano player taking requests. I’m pretty sure that I heard Chas & Dave’s Rabbit at one point.Bear-balloons

One the most special things about The Bell is how different each room is. From the Stables where they gave speeches from the railings to the tables below, to the Snug where later that night we found Stephanie and Mark taking a few quiet moments to chill out and put their feet up alone.

Hannah and I have been so fortunate to photograph so many terrific weddings during the course of this year and we really do have to pinch ourselves that even as the winter draws in we’re still experiencing so much love, laughter and happiness with brilliant people. We still have several more weddings before this year draws to a close and if they’re all half as good as this we’ll be thrilled to bits.

Below are just a handful of previews from Stephanie and Mark’s Wedding day, the full story will be on the Blog early next year… Congratulations guys!

Ridiculously good pictures here Michael & Hannah, you both slotted right into the spirit of the day with Michael even pitching in with some Bridal jobs without being asked :)

Thank you very much for helping to make it a day people will remember for years to come.
