As a Kent Wedding Photographer it’s really an absolute gift to have such grand and luxurious venues like St Cleres right on your doorstep. What’s better still is that it’s a completely hidden gem (well, maybe not any more!) as it is throwing open it’s doors for the very first time to host wedding celebrations next July.

By my own admission styled shoots see me well out of my comfort zone as my approach is always based around the people enjoying themselves on a wedding day. What this did give me though was an incredible opportunity to create portraits uninterrupted within the libraries, staircases and gardens of a beautiful venue, and that’s exactly what I did.

Along with acres and acres of gorgeous gardens, woods and grounds St Cleres is surrounded by golden corn fields. It really is something a little bit special. Along with the grounds it has some of the most impressive interiors I’ve ever worked in together with a beautiful muraled staircase decorated with a winding tree from the bottom floor to the top with its delicate branches stretching out across each floor.

The Wedding Dolls brought together some amazing suppliers for a gorgeous styled shoot for the day. A huge thank you should go to Jennifer Sue Weddings for the styling, Katherine at Florist In The Forest, Gayle at Bloomingayles, Ellie at The Beauty Aisle, The Pantiles Bride for the incredible dresses that Lizzie wore along with Simply Beautiful Hair and Shoofeur for that gleaming roller out front.

If you’d like to know more about becoming one of the first couples to celebrate their wedding day here then get in touch with Sarah at St Cleres and she’ll look after you and show you a lot lot more.
