If you’ve been even loosely following us on Instagram you’ll know that we’ve had a pretty fantastic start to 2019, and yes I realise we’re half way through the year now but the wedding season still feels fairly new and fresh right now! Rebecca & Tim’s Clapton Country Club Wedding pretty much encapsulates EVERYTHING I wish every wedding could be. Relaxed, funny, emotional, stylish, bags of soul, food that’ll make your mouth water as it’s wafting past and a party that leaves your feet sore for a good few days afterwards.
Deciding that they wanted to trim their wedding day back to the things that mattered the most to them, Love, good Food, and a monster Party these guys totally did things their own way. Kicking off with a ceremony late in the day and some amazing bowl food from the Italian Supper Club they whistled through some lovely, heartfelt speeches and then got their dancing shoes on in a big way.
What a night, what a band, what an atmoshphere. I imagine that the very walls of Clapton Country Club had a sore head the morning after.
Weddings can be whatever you want them to be, they don’t need to be cut from the same cloth as the ones you’ve been to before, they can reflect the things that matter the most to you, that you’re frankly going to ENJOY the most. Rebecca & Tim put on a masterclass in how do things your own way and being right in the middle of it, on a packed dancefloor with cheering and whooping echoing in my ears, I couldn’t have loved them more for doing it this way.
